Rates & Policies at Trader's Vacation

During your stay, you will be my guest. I invite you to use the trading technology:

Broadband internet connection via T1, with a business class cable back-up connection
High-end router, allowing for more computers to be added if desired
Battery-powered backup unit in case of power failure
24x7 computer consultants
24x7 free long distance telephone service to the continental U.S. and Canada
(Calls may be made outside this region, but will be billed separately)
Virtual office with 4-in-1 Lexmark and fax line
Cable TV with business news
Online access to the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Globe & Mail (Toronto), International Herald Tribune, and the Investor's Business Daily

Rates

Rates are $2350.00 US/ week plus taxes. This includes cleaning service upon your departure; more frequency could be arranged.

$500 deposit is due at the time of booking
If you cancel more than 90 days in advance of your scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
If you cancel within 90 days of your arrival, you will receive up to 85% of any future bookings that might fill your reservation

Should the authorities declare a mandatory evacuation during your stay, you will receive a full refund of your money
Should you choose to leave due to an approaching hurricane, the charges for the balance of your stay will be refunded
Please note that there has been only one mandatory evacuation in over 50 years (1964)
